Typically we aim to produce every order in maximum of two weeks after receiving the order, however this may vary depending on the volume of the order. After your order has been shipped you will always receive a shipping confirmation in an email with a delivery estimate. This estimate is not binding and will vary depending on the delivery location. Please note that when customs clearance procedures are required, they can cause delays beyond our control affecting the delivery estimates stated in your order confirmation.
All larger orders are sent by TNT courier service. After shipment you will receive a tracking number in shipping confirmation email. Small orders are sent by a normal post service and no tracking is available.
